Ebay in Germany is not only a shop, it is an institution! I don't know any german people that was never in ebay to sell or buy something. Ebay is in the culture: "oh, don't worry I will find it in Ebay" is something that you hear all the time. And it is the same thing for Amazon.de With e-commerce becomming more and more important it is also shipping companies that have a big growth. I see big posibilities of new business in this field. Innovation and originality in the shipping business are not so present now, there is a market, it's sure ! I am not surprised. Ebay in Germany is not only a shop, it is an institution!
