I was contacted by "Koffi Anan" a year ago, when Kofi Annan still was the General Secretary of UN - and the 419 letter I got was, if I remember correctly, addresses as if it was from UN. Now that was stupid. It probably doesn't surprise anyone that the real ECOWAS HQ is in Nigeria, the homeland of these scams. Wow.
