I have been at September/October there for a month and can reccommend it to everybody. In Silicon Valley, its really different than in Europe, and they have there events every day so its easy to meet people. (I have a startup in the Czech Republic, we do mobile websites www.wirenode.com) I think a trip so Silicon Valley is a good experience for all European startupists.
