I agree that certain, let&#039;s call them, verbal skills are useful at any age, but also think that many of them are taught at a peer level or through designing products that are so easy to use that a toddler or grandpa/ma can understand them.



The latter is something, I am particularly interested in, the UX or GUI level of products/services, and I&#039;d love to read more about this particular area in the future.</description>
