Dawn, having you online makes up for the artificial chat experience, thank you.
I do understand that producing features is costly and passes through fuzzy decisional pipelines and appreciate being heard - as a consumer and a TIE contributor.
Another thing that I'd love would be to merge public and private, and to be able to take it my wifi choice home.
I am in the process of giving up on my current ISP, feeling that it (and most of them actually) is struggling to cover the lack of quality service and added value , through entertaining but secondary perks and contractual hold-ups.
So maybe it is a good moment for you, if you have good insights to whatever happened to FON and at least in the european space where the air is more open.
I'll take it offline, thanks again for responding.

Georgia:
I work on the Boingo marketing team and just wanted to say I really appreciate the feedback. Getting dropped from a chat is completely rude and shouldn't happen. I apologize for that. Also, the fact that we don't "hide" your credit card information as it is entered is a comment we haven't heard before, but I'll definitely pass along your thoughts to our Products folks. Good thoughts. And finally, just so you know, PayPal is coming! Thanks for your business and if you ever have additional thoughts or suggestions on how we can improve, feel free to reach out to me directly at dcallahan@boingo.com or via Twitter @dawncallahan.

yop, since he is strong candidate to be having my credit card number among other passengers, at least I could influence his spending :) i think i have more and more of my actionables online, flexing my lifestyle likewise. like airplane food, nobody needs it,little part of it is nutritious, but it is constitution. i would trade it with internet access easily

Definitely go for the guy. After spending a while on mobile internet subscriptions that limited me to 15 min. for an outrageous price, I noticed that there really are very few things that I *need* to do online. So, definitely go for the human interaction, is my advice.
